Cozumel Cleaning

My house was not cleaned properly. It appears that they had another house to clean the same day and, as a result, they did not clean under the furniture or properly clean the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. They were in a rush. I believe the price they charge is too high for the mediocre service that they provide. I cannot recommend them at all.

Jaelah was very responsive and performed admirably. Her job was excellent.

Their response was quick and excellent. We were in a dilemma and needed it ASAP. The crew of four people kept in contact and even sent us pictures via text. They were able to help us out of a bind and we are extremely grateful. Thank you very much!

Inadequate communication occurred when she instructed me to cancel the job on the application but assured me of her arrival for cleaning. However, her assistant showed up in her place. Fortunately, it still resolved well. Nonetheless, I have no intention of rehiring her.
