My house was not cleaned properly. It appears that they had another house to clean the same day and, as a result, they did not clean under the furniture or properly clean the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. They were in a rush. I believe the price they charge is too high for the mediocre service that they provide. I cannot recommend them at all.

Inadequate communication occurred when she instructed me to cancel the job on the application but assured me of her arrival for cleaning. However, her assistant showed up in her place. Fortunately, it still resolved well. Nonetheless, I have no intention of rehiring her.
