I currently reside in Tulsa, and am an accomplished Boston Marathon runner. However, when coaching beginners, I prefer to focus on the fun, stress relief, and overall fitness benefits of running, rather than dwelling on technical jargon. I strongly believe in the importance of proper goal-setting to ensure progress and prevent injuries for runners.

What inspired me to become a running coach? Over time, my friends and colleagues began to inquire about my secret to success, and I thoroughly enjoy sharing my tips on running, fueling, and nutrition with individuals who are enthusiastic about the sport. As a coach, I specialize in working with those who have had to put running on hold due to everyday life or those seeking to improve their fitness and weight loss goals. I am also happy to provide plant-based meal plans and a complimentary consultation.
