Luckily, the issue with my printer turned out to be the easier one of the two likely problems and the technician was able to identify it immediately. I strongly endorse their services.

The technician arrived promptly and fixed the issue in only ten minutes. Additionally, they instructed me on how to replace the printer head myself when required. The technician was timely, proficient, and had a professional demeanor with a smart appearance. I will certainly reach out to them again if I encounter any further issues.
