With a focus on creating a long-lasting impact for my clients, I am Nate Wehner, a personal trainer with a unique skill set allowing me to work with anyone, no matter their fitness levels or goals. Working at a state-of-the-art studio gym designed for personal strength training, I have a degree in Exercise Science from California Lutheran University, where I was a national champion collegiate baseball player. Additionally, I am certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer with strength training certifications from RTS (Resistance Training Specialist) and MAT (Muscle Activation Technique).
I offer a complimentary consultation and evaluation to discuss your goals, obstacles, and any concerns you may have regarding personal training, to determine if we are a good fit for each other. I hold my clients to high standards and, in turn, hope to be held to the same standard.

For a year, I collaborated with Nate. At the onset, I suffered from discomforts, stiffness, and issues with my back and shoulder. However, his supervised lifting program was ideal. Initially, I enlisted Nate's services assuming that I was well-versed in my workout routine, but I soon realized I needed someone to hold me accountable. A decade ago, I used to flaunt my strength at the gym by bench pressing 355lbs before proceeding to my actual regimen. Now, I am not nearly as healthy or in shape, and have been oblivious to a lot of the damage I've inflicted on my body throughout the years. Nate brought a wealth of innovative equipment and techniques to the table, leaving me both baffled and intrigued. During our sessions, I found his exercises intensely localized, working muscles I wasn't even aware existed. Apart from strength training, Nate chalked out a plan to address other issues. With a keen eye, he identified areas where my body was compensating for previous stress, trauma and overuse, and we administered MAT table work to remedy the damage inflicted on my left foot due to running four and a half marathons without proper training and while potentially nursing an underlying injury. Despite seeking out podiatrists who suggested undergoing a high-risk surgery for relief, Nate proposed an alternative - focusing on the muscles that connect to my toes to stimulate movement and heal the bones. Although it's been a gradual process, it has certainly paid off. Additionally, his workouts have strengthened my shoulder and remedied grip issues. Moreover, he's working on fixing my knee ailment. It doesn't hurt that I have shed a whopping 80 pounds over the last six months, thanks to Nate's guidance on a balanced diet and essential foods. I frequently recommend Nate to my friends, particularly those who have subjected their bodies to similar damage as I have. One must experience his training to understand its difference and transformative potential. His program is a game-changer for current and past athletes or anyone who feels their body is not performing to the best of its abilities.
