Yoga comprises eight fundamental elements, including self-governance, inter-personal interactions, physical activity, breathing awareness, inner contemplation, focus, meditation, and complete alignment.
I am passionate about sharing the transformative journey of how yoga has positively impacted my life and am grateful to be a part of the journey for others too.
