Greetings, I am Katie! Recently, I relocated from Austin, TX to Indianapolis, IN and am available to assist remote and in-person clients! My objective is to make exercise and movement enjoyable, effective, and safe! I am committed to educating my clients, addressing their concerns and queries, creating programs that offer tangible outcomes. My aim is to equip my clients with life-long skills that contribute to their personal growth, and positive wellbeing. What sets me apart is my qualifications and experience. I possess a Master of Public Health in Physical Activity and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. I am also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and have serviced 5,000 client sessions. Over the years, I have gained ample experience in the following areas:

For 1 1/2 years, I have been under the tutelage of Katie as my trainer. I picked her because of her specialized experience with seniors and individuals who have undergone surgical procedures. Being someone who had two total hip replacements, I sought her assistance both prior and post my second surgery.
