Greetings, my name is Stephanie! Since 2010, I have been a personal trainer and wellness coach in the fitness industry. I have experience training clients in various settings, including gyms, homes, and remote programming through my app. Together, we will address your roadblocks, such as sleep, eating habits, social habits, exercise routines, and more. Our goal is to get you on the path to achieving your goals!
Currently, I offer both in-person and remote coaching through my app. In-person training can take place at your home, office, or apartment gym, while remote coaching offers the freedom to train anywhere, including local gyms that don't allow outside trainers. In-person coaching rates are $65 per session, and remote coaching is $125 per week. Remote coaching is more cost-effective since it takes up less of my time and does not include overhead costs, such as driving.
I offer discounts for both in-person and remote coaching. For in-person coaching, you receive a 5% discount when you buy ten sessions and 10% off when you buy 20. For remote coaching, receive a 5% off when you buy six weeks and 10% off when you buy 12.
In-person coaching includes a drive to your location, 50-minute training sessions, the option for additional lifestyle coaching through the app, habit coaching (optional app), daily activity goals (optional app), nutrition help (optional app), and additional access to me for any questions you may have. Remote coaching is 100% app-based and includes 2-6 weekly workouts, daily activity goals, habit coaching, nutrition help, access to me through the app, weekly email check-ins, and bi-weekly video calls.
For in-person coaching, I require 12-hour notice for cancellation, while you have the freedom to adjust your remote coaching to your schedule.
