Hi, I'm Tiraya, and I've been teaching yoga since 2017. My focus is on helping clients balance their lifestyles with empowering self-care practices, while enhancing their yoga practice.
An effective yoga practice requires dedicated time every week to disconnect from the regular pace of life, slow down, and breathe deeply. By doing so, we can energize and strengthen our physical body.
I tailor each private or group session to cater to the unique needs of each individual while ensuring they work towards meeting their goals. Besides yoga and meditation, I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. My training approach aligns with my teaching philosophy of goal-oriented self-care.
