As a Personal Trainer and Certified Medical Exercise Specialist, I hold certifications through ACE (American Council on Exercise). Along with my 30-year experience as an RN in geriatrics, I possess multiple certifications in Senior Fitness and am certified with the Diabetic Motion Academy. Working with seniors who have medical concerns is my specialty, and I firmly believe that regular exercise and a healthy diet can greatly improve one's quality of life. My ACE certifications include T65279 for Personal Training, valid through 5/31/2023, and C10578 for Medical Exercise Specialist, valid through 11/3/23.
