My name is Rebecca Jo, and I have been offering personalized sessions in therapeutic movement and breath practices for 13 years. I assist my students in recognizing their current habits of movement and thought, and guide them through the process of personal re-patterning and injury rehabilitation with sustainable techniques.
My practice is approachable and playful, encouraging students to explore and learn through trial and error. I offer a range of classes including Hatha Yoga, somatic education, nervous system regulation, mobility and stability exercises, and breath awareness practices.
As a certified Katonah Yoga® teacher, I have over two decades of experience studying therapeutic movement, psychology, anatomy, yogic philosophy, and taoism. I offer customized 1:1 classes virtually and in homes, as well as small group classes and private retreats.
