Prior to choosing Jon as my personal trainer, I interviewed several others to assess my options. In comparison to the other trainers I spoke with, Jon stood out to me as being more supportive, gentle in his approach, and prompt in his provision of helpful feedback. During our initial phone conversation, Jon inquired about my previous exercise routines and offered valuable advice even before I had committed to sessions with him.
From our very first training session, I could see that Jon was a compassionate and highly professional trainer who was quick to respond when needed. During our session, I experienced my first exercise-induced asthma attack in a long time, but Jon remained calm and helped me through the situation without exacerbating my symptoms. He created a customized exercise plan for me that took into account my personal needs, goals, and abilities. This plan also challenged me to push myself without feeling discouraged. Additionally, Jon provided me with helpful nutritional and dietary information, and kept track of my progress through table work.
Overall, I highly recommend Jon as a personal trainer. He helped me make progress with my health beyond just weight loss.
