It is a space where you can come to practice and deepen your understanding of yourself.
As a certified yoga teacher, I specialize in ensuring that your body alignment is perfect, while also incorporating mindfulness techniques, focused breathing, and meditation. For over 10 years now, I have been teaching private sessions, leading group classes, hosting yoga parties, and conducting workshops. I am also certified as a Personal Trainer and as a Prenatal Yoga Instructor.
