All of our staff hold a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) at a minimum, compared to the weekend-certified trainers. Moreover, some of our coaches are licensed healthcare practitioners - this gives us an unparalleled ability to work with complex and delicate situations.

This is why we use a meticulous intake and assessment process to break down the physiology and anatomy of every client, determining the best type of training that is tailor-made for them.
Our fitness services evokes attention to detail in every aspect. Identifying these areas right off the bat enables us to attend to them first, minimizing the likelihood of any injury. If given the choice, I would highlight all five items. The responsiveness and value offered are exceptional. Additionally, the staff is incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. I am grateful for the trainers who take the effort to adjust my workout routine according to my injuries. Not all fitness centers provide this level of attention and some simply take your money. The trainers at this facility always check in on my well-being and if anything is causing discomfort, they will alter the exercise accordingly. Overall, I hold Progressive health in high regard and am content with my decision to sign up.
