Prime has left me greatly impressed with their exceptional communication throughout the entire process. Right from the stage of setting up the appointment to proffering repair recommendations, they ensured I was kept informed. The technician was also very meticulous, taking the time to show me areas of the dryer responsible for the issue. Rather than jumping into conclusions on the specific part requiring repair or replacement, he suggested other steps to be taken in troubleshooting the appliance. Honestly, I wouldn't hesitate to collaborate with Prime again in the future.
