Through my work, I have the opportunity to visit various locations, some dull and some exciting. Regardless of location, I always enjoy the challenge of solving computer problems.

At the end of the day, a computer is merely a thing. While I am dedicated to repairing and improving these devices, my focus is always on the people they serve.

The computer repair service provided by Roy was splendid. He was prompt in reaching out to me, and we had detailed discussions over the phone regarding my computer issues. Apart from the technical aspect, we also indulged in some great small talk. The very next day, he arrived at my doorstep to pick up the computer. Surprisingly, the very next day, he returned the fully repaired and operational machine. I hope not to have any issues in the future, but if I do, Roy would be my go-to person.

Within minutes of my request for assistance, Ron replied and provided an estimate for repairing my laptop. The following day, he picked it up for repair. Although I wish he could have picked it up the same day, Ron proved to be very responsive. After examining the laptop, he communicated a status update and an updated estimated cost for the repair. Five days later, Ron returned the fixed laptop to my doorstep. Given that the repair required attention to difficult hardware issues, I found the turnaround time reasonable. Moreover, the price was fair considering Ron picked up and dropped off the laptop, which saved me from investing time and gas into visiting Best Buy. As a busy mom with two young children, I appreciate any time and energy-saving approaches. Ron's approach sets an example. In the future, I will consider using his services again!
