As a personal trainer and nutrition coach, my ultimate aim is to assist you in creating a healthy way of life that best suits your goals and schedule. I will provide you with training sessions and nutrition knowledge that are tailored to you and the equipment available for use. This way, we can collaboratively work on improving your overall wellbeing and happiness.
Whether you prefer in-person training at a location of your choice, or virtual sessions via Zoom or FaceTime, I'm here to meet your needs. With in-person training, I charge $55 per session, and you can be confident about a location that suits you. And for online training, I have plans starting at $50 per session.
If you're looking for reliable fitness and nutritional guidance, my online training and nutrition programs are an excellent option for someone who has a busy and flexible schedule. You'll receive weekly workouts and nutrition plans that are customized to your individual goals and the equipment that is available to you.
As a certified nutrition coach with a degree in nutrition, I will collaborate with you to develop a plan that ensures you make the best food choices for your body. We will work together to create achievable weekly goals that ultimately pave the way to fulfill your overall goal to live a healthier, happier lifestyle.
Additionally, I recognize how important yoga is for calming the body and relieving stress, which is why I offer yoga sessions in the mornings and evenings. My sessions are designed with beginners in mind, and we only feature online sessions.
As for my personal journey, I experienced the importance of physical activity and nutrition firsthand when I had two knee surgeries, which ended my soccer career. I then incorporated weight training and nutrition into my lifestyle and, as a result, experienced higher energy levels, better sleeping patterns, a decline in stress and anxiety, and an improvement in my mental and physical wellbeing. Therefore, I want to assist others in discovering the positive effects that a healthy way of life can have, regardless of their circumstances. Over the years, I've trained several individuals, from a young woman looking to build muscle to an older man with joint problems.
For a 25-minute nutrition session, I charge $25. My goal is to provide my services in a way that best suits your schedule and lifestyle, so feel free to contact me if you have any questions about my programs or need advice.
