One Night Only Event & Wedding Coordinator specializes in DAY OF COORDINATION services, managing all necessary duties for your big day. As a Traveling Day of Wedding Coordinator with Insurance, we can handle responsibilities like contacting vendors and setting up and tearing down items not completed by the venue or planner.
On the day of the wedding, we provide up to 11 to 12 hours of service, including a 3-4 hour prep time, ½-hour ceremony time, 1-hour cocktail, 4-hour reception, and a 2-hour cleanup. Pricing starts at $950.
Our services include confirming and creating timelines and vendor and wedding party detail spreadsheets, as well as walkthroughs of the ceremony and reception sites. We review vendor details, including arrival times, and send introductory emails to all vendors with the Day of Coordinator's contact information.
We assist with ceremony and reception setup and decorating, serving as a point of contact for venue staff and vendors. We also keep the bridal party and vendors on the established timeline, distribute flowers and boutonnieres, and resolve any related problems that arise. We also assist guests throughout the ceremony and reception.
After the event, we help with general cleanup, distribute wedding favors and remaining ceremony/reception items to designated personnel, and provide additional services for extra charges. These services include destination/travel charges (if outside of Orlando, Seminole, and Osceola County), assistance with walkthroughs and rehearsals, and other duties as needed.
