I strongly advise against using this service as they have poor communication, use sales and scare tactics to exploit money from you, and are unreliable and unprepared for the work agreed upon. The person, who I believe is named Izak, initially walked me through recommended work for my chimney and I agreed to some small repairs and cleaning for around $700. However, the experience went downhill from there. Izak failed to send me an invoice and was inconsistent with his scheduling, not showing up for the initially agreed time and arriving hours later on a rescheduled day. When he and another person eventually showed up, they pointed out more and more "issues" with my chimney, using sales tactics to convince me to agree to $2700+ worth of work, including unnecessary chimney cap replacement. I declined, but they still showed up unprepared and overpriced for the work agreed upon, and I had to fix the cap and finish their work myself. I do not recommend this service as they use predatory tactics and unnecessary scare tactics. Two other chimney professionals who looked at my chimney did not agree with the issues raised by this service.

Moses is an awesome guy! He did an amazing job and treated me exceptionally well.
