Greetings! I am Faria - a certified Registered Yoga Instructor with a 500-hour RYT certification and specialized training in Befriending Yoga Therapy. Over the years, I have embarked on a journey of learning and have acquired expertise in diverse specialty tracks like Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy, Prenatal Yoga, Pranayama, and Therapeutic Yoga. My primary mission is to share the therapeutic benefits of yoga with everyone, using it as a powerful tool to channel the breath, cultivate mindful movement, and promote physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
In my 5 years of teaching experience, I have empowered my clients to improve their mobility and strength, cope with everyday stress and anxiety, and discover a sense of inner peace and joy through yoga. Whether you are a beginner looking to embark on the journey of yoga, or want to explore asanas, or seek therapeutic benefits from this transformative practice, I am excited to partner with you on your journey.

Yoga with Faria is simply amazing! For a whole year, I attended her in-person classes and experienced a significant boost in my body strength and overall physical well-being. Faria's approach was exceptional as she was comprehensive and exhibited remarkable patience. Unfortunately, the only reason I had to discontinue the classes was due to a fall which resulted in a spinal fracture. Nonetheless, I am looking forward to resuming the classes as soon as I recover.
