Mindy Krasner - Dancer, Teacher, Choreographer
I take pride in my service because I am fueled by my passion for dance, yoga, and teaching. Wednesdays and Sundays at 10:00am-11:15 am PST on Zoom, I offer 2 gentle Yoga classes a week, as well as private sessions for Ballet and yoga in person. I am committed to making a difference in the lives of others, and strive to assess the unique needs of my clients and students. With a diverse background in movement studies, I offer a holistic approach that encompasses the whole person, providing more than just a yoga session or dance class.
When I teach dance, I take pleasure in watching my students grow in confidence and happiness as they advance in their training while also having fun and experiencing joy. Similarly, when teaching yoga, my goal is to aid in physical and emotional well-being, bringing relief to pain and symptoms while enhancing flexibility and reducing stress. Seeing the positive impact on individuals' lives fuels my passion and drive for serving others.
