About
I take pride in my service because I am fueled by my passion for dance, yoga, and teaching. Wednesdays and Sundays at 10:00am-11:15 am PST on Zoom, I offer 2 gentle Yoga classes a week, as well as private sessions for Ballet and yoga in person. I am committed to making a difference in the lives of others, and strive to assess the unique needs of my clients and students. With a diverse background in movement studies, I offer a holistic approach that encompasses the whole person, providing more than just a yoga session or dance class. When I teach dance, I take pleasure in watching my students grow in confidence and happiness as they advance in their training while also having fun and experiencing joy. Similarly, when teaching yoga, my goal is to aid in physical and emotional well-being, bringing relief to pain and symptoms while enhancing flexibility and reducing stress. Seeing the positive impact on individuals' lives fuels my passion and drive for serving others.

Mindy was the person my husband and I chose to choreograph our first dance. She was incredible to work with - very collaborative in helping us select the perfect song and extremely accommodating of our varying skills. During our meetings, she even adjusted the dance to better fit our individual rhythms. Knowing I was nervous, Mindy was sweet and encouraging throughout the process. The final result was a dance that highlighted our personalities without being too complex. We had so much fun performing it and received countless compliments at our wedding. We wholeheartedly recommend Mindy and would definitely use her again in the future! :-)

She was incredible! When we provided her with our initial dance track, she devised a fantastic dance sequence and assisted us in practicing it, breaking it down and simplifying it for our ease. I would strongly endorse her!!

Mindy was amazing! She choreographed a dance routine for my Father and me to perform during the Father-Daughter dance at my wedding. Despite our lack of coordination, she made the dance routine simple and enjoyable for us to practice. I'm really excited to showcase our performance at my wedding in November :)

Mindy is an excellent instructor who has been teaching me private ballet classes. Her tutelage has been invaluable, and I have already gained a wealth of knowledge. Each lesson is designed to accommodate my level of experience and expertise. Although I am never inundated with difficult material, I feel challenged to triumph and excel.
Moreover, Mindy cultivates a welcoming and affable space of learning. Despite having no prior knowledge of ballet, I never felt overwhelmed or hesitant to learn with her. She is a tremendous mentor, and I would undoubtedly recommend her without reservation.
