Maria Price Music Studio: Violin, Ukulele, Trumpet

Hi there, my name is Maria and I offer private music lessons on a variety of instruments including the violin, viola, ukulele, and trumpet. My lessons are available both in-person and online for your convenience.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from UMass Lowell, as well as a Master's degree from The Boston Conservatory. At present, I am furthering my studies in the field of Ethnomusicology with a PhD from the University of Washington. Apart from being a licensed music teacher for PreK-12, I have also taught Music Theory and Ear Training as a faculty member at The Boston Conservatory, and currently teach a class on American Pop Song at the UW.

I believe in tailoring my instruction to each individual student and helping them achieve their unique musical goals. I have a growth mindset and strive to create a positive and nurturing environment for all. And importantly, I am fully vaccinated (with booster) against COVID-19, ensuring your safety during in-person lessons.
