Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Liz and my focus is helping you achieve the best possible life. I have a strong passion for people and seeing them overcome their limitations. As a former competitive swimmer and short-lived triathlete, I thrive on being internally competitive in all aspects of my life. I empathize with individuals and understand that everyone seeks understanding and support.

My specialty is working with injuries and utilizing corrective exercises for rehabilitation and improving athletic performance. I am here to help you accomplish your goals through compound exercises, HIIT, aerobic/anaerobic, cross fit, metabolic conditioning, balance, rehabilitation, core, and functional exercises. It is important to push beyond the body's limits in a smart and effective manner. It all begins with training the mind and understanding that limits are only temporary.

Our workouts will keep you engaged and challenged with constant correction and cueing. Each program is customized specifically to you as I understand that one size does not fit all.

I offer a personalized assessment for $197 which includes fitness testing, goal setting, nutritional review, lifestyle review, BMR, meal planning, program planning, and more.

My services encompass all areas of health and wellness including life coaching, nutrition, and stress management. You can expect motivational articles, monthly recommended food plans, assessments, dietary details, educational articles, weekly check-ins, homework, detailed workouts, and constant nutritional review on MyFitnessPal.

I have a private gym available in Carrollton or I can travel to you with equipment and fitness tools to find the solution that fits your needs.
