For more than fifteen years, I have devoted myself to the practices of meditation and yoga. With daily meditation, I have cultivated greater awareness, tranquility, and clarity. My journey has led me to share these powerful tools with others, drawing on meditation and mindfulness to guide people toward their own innate wisdom and inner peace.
Lisa's passion for yoga led her to earn certification from the White Lotus Foundation for 200-hour yoga training and from Prairie Yoga for 500-hour advanced yoga training. Her MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago informs her practice with creativity and intuition. Additionally, Lisa has completed the MBSR program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and trained with The Sedona Women's Institute to become a women's retreat facilitator.
The most rewarding aspect of teaching is witnessing the transformation that occurs when students discover their own inner calm and live more mindfully in the present moment. It brings me great joy to help others incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives and experience the positive impact it can have.
