Our goal is to provide a nurturing environment where students can develop their inner martial artist, gain practical self-defense skills, and achieve their body composition and fitness goals.
Unlike traditional kickboxing classes, our school focuses on technique mastery through the guidance of our Innovator and Master Instructor, Michael Mills. With over 19 years of experience in personal training and martial arts instruction and a degree in Kinesiology from USC, Michael breaks down complex movements into individual components, helping students to learn and advance quickly. His passion, dedication, keen eye, and superior coaching techniques empower students to master advanced drills.
At Kinetic Kickboxing, we employ high-intensity training drills with strategic rest intervals, enabling students to produce peak power and precision techniques round after round. Our method produces superior results for both technique development and fitness adaptations, compared to conventional systems that emphasize a solely cardiovascular approach.
