At Kinetic Kickboxing, we are committed to empowering our students to learn and master practical self-defense techniques through innovative and unique martial arts training. Our community of fitness enthusiasts enjoys the challenges of martial arts/kickboxing while having fun with fitness. Our goal is to provide a nurturing environment where students can develop their inner martial artist, gain practical self-defense skills, and achieve their body composition and fitness goals.

Unlike traditional kickboxing classes, our school focuses on technique mastery through the guidance of our Innovator and Master Instructor, Michael Mills. With over 19 years of experience in personal training and martial arts instruction and a degree in Kinesiology from USC, Michael breaks down complex movements into individual components, helping students to learn and advance quickly. His passion, dedication, keen eye, and superior coaching techniques empower students to master advanced drills.

At Kinetic Kickboxing, we employ high-intensity training drills with strategic rest intervals, enabling students to produce peak power and precision techniques round after round. Our method produces superior results for both technique development and fitness adaptations, compared to conventional systems that emphasize a solely cardiovascular approach.

After spending time with him, she was confident in his knowledge, education, and experience in kinesiology, anatomy, and personal training. Although I was unable to start training with Michael immediately, I reached out to him once my prior commitment ended. I have been training with him for seven weeks now, and he is a skilled trainer who is capable of customizing my workouts according to my injuries. I have made progress in strength, endurance, and recovery time, and Michael is always attentive to my form to ensure safety and proper education. Being trained by Michael is truly amazing! Despite the early 5:30 am workouts, I actually look forward to them since he keeps them fun and varied. He pays close attention to your form, making sure that you don't hurt yourself while still pushing you to your limits. Additionally, he genuinely cares about his clients' overall well-being, offering expert advice on nutrition, supplements, and more. He is highly knowledgeable, energetic, and ensures that working out is an enjoyable activity. I feel grateful every day to have Michael as my trainer!

Not only is Mike an exceptional trainer, but he is also a compassionate individual. I've been working with him for approximately one year now, and during our initial consultation he attentively listened to my requirements and tailored a workout program suitable for my extremely hectic lifestyle. Whether it's a one-hour or 45-minute session, we accomplish an incredible amount in that relatively short time frame. Mike's authenticity and commitment to assisting individuals in reaching their fitness objectives are evident. What I admire most about him is his reliability, consistency, and enthusiasm for his work. He has not only held me accountable for my workouts but also for my nutrition. MyFitnessPal is where he scrutinizes what I ingest and provides suggestions on how to improve.
