Albert is truly the real deal. I absolutely adored the workouts he designed for me. He had a knack for creating a variety of exercises that were both stimulating and rejuvenating, keeping me motivated and enthusiastic throughout. I felt confident and secure during our sessions, with no fears of jeopardizing my safety or risking injury. Rather, I was constantly pushed and challenged to reach new heights of fitness.
Thanks to Albert, I was able to shed my initial weight gain from Covid and establish a rock-solid foundation in my back, legs, and core.
