My genuine desire to support others in their pursuit of wellness led me to the nutrition and fitness industry. My approach includes not only planning for clientele but also providing education that empowers them to make lasting lifestyle changes. My goal is to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to feel your best so that you no longer require my services.

I work closely with clients to create food and exercise programs, incorporating practices for behavior change and addressing emotional aspects that may present obstacles. We discuss the impact of food on our bodies, when and why to eat, and identify alternative options to common comfort foods and treats. I also address misinformation about foods and food-like substances that have been incorrectly portrayed.

I offer services including virtual coaching, shopping trips, pantry walks, weekly check-ins, and meal plan ideas. My specialty areas include weight loss, muscle building, body recomposition, gut health, chronic inflammation, joint/back pain, food/sugar addiction, and more.

At the age of 70, I have had a strong desire to get fit and see positive results, yet lacked the necessary discipline and knowledge to make substantial progress. Despite my past experiences with various gyms and trainers, I had only endured a fluctuating journey of weight loss and weight training. However, since training with Kevin, I have experienced a consistent growth in my fitness journey right from our initial session. Kevin is a skilled trainer who tailor-makes programs to meet an individual's needs. He has a great personality that makes the training enjoyable and engaging. Kevin was the best trainer I have ever worked with. His sense of humor and motivational approach make working out less intimidating. He took the time to understand my fitness goals and past injuries, and developed a personalized workout plan for me. I gained valuable knowledge about how to exercise safely with my injuries that I wish I had known for years. During a one-hour session in my own living room, without any weights, I learned more from Kevin than I have in all my time at the gym. I am already seeing immediate results and have more energy.
