Each student has unique needs upon arrival. Some may require elementary guidance such as grasping how to hold drumsticks or mastering fundamental movements around the drum kit. Others may require more advanced tutelage such as understanding polyrhythms or comprehending their role within an ensemble. Personally, I cherish guiding students at all levels towards enlightenment.

As an instructor, witnessing a student's sudden realization of progress is the ultimate gratification. I have been fortunate to have exceptional teachers throughout my own musical expedition and now feel obligated to pass down the knowledge that has been bestowed upon me. It's the final piece of the puzzle in my own musical journey.
