My approach to fitness assessment is thorough and personalized, taking into account lifestyle, medical history, occupation, and recreational activities in order to obtain important numbers such as resting heart rate, blood pressure, weights and measurements, and cardio output. Movement assessments allow me to identify any compensations that may require corrective exercise strategies incorporated into the program, establishing a baseline to track progress.
With one-hour one-on-one sessions, I strive to ensure highly personalized instruction aligned with each client's unique needs and goals, supplemented with meal plans, nutritional and supplemental advice, weekly check-ins, and 30-day follow-ups. My fitness studio is fully equipped and conveniently located south of BSU off Broadway.
