Hey there, I'm Catie. With 7 years of experience as a personal wellness coach, I'm specialized in helping clients tackle fat loss and joint pain issues. In addition, I've worked with elderly people and athletes. I provide circuit training for muscle toning and fat loss, mobility training for joint support, and injury prevention.
I hold a BS in Exercise Science and have been certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
My training programs are flexible and can be conducted at your place, virtually, outdoor location or a gym of your choice. While I do not have a private studio yet, I mostly offer in-home or virtual sessions.
My services include one-on-one personal training sessions, virtual training sessions, and group personal training sessions for groups of up to six people. I also design excellent 4-6 week programs with video training sessions and printed exercise programs!
