As a teenager, I began practicing yoga as an additional element of my 15-year dance training. Later on in life, I grew to truly appreciate and love the practice after parting ways with dance.
In times of turmoil, yoga served as a source of peace and tranquility. In 2015, I received my first teacher training, and it completely transformed my understanding of yoga, leading me to eagerly share this newfound knowledge with others through teaching.
My teaching approach has evolved throughout the years but remains grounded in the importance of therapeutic body movement. Precise verbal cues are utilized to encourage inward focus and enhance students' connections to their bodies.
My aim is for my students to achieve moments of clarity, inner peace, and self-awareness through yoga.
