The timeline I provided for the songs to be played at specific times of the night was not followed by him. There was a substantial amount of feedback and screeching from the microphone and speakers. Suddenly, during a song, the volume escalated to a distracting level. It became challenging to hear him at times.
While his communication skills prior to the event were outstanding, in person, they were very poor.
