The timeline I provided for the songs to be played at specific times of the night was not followed by him. There was a substantial amount of feedback and screeching from the microphone and speakers. Suddenly, during a song, the volume escalated to a distracting level. It became challenging to hear him at times. While his communication skills prior to the event were outstanding, in person, they were very poor.

Tom's performance was highly efficient and he managed to stay well within the budget. He possesses a great level of professionalism and exhibits diverse skills.
