Our method involves a quick call to access your staircase needs and goals. We ask that you provide details of what you would like to be done, send over pictures and videos of your current staircase, and inspire us with pictures of how you'd like it to look like when we're done. We provide expert guidance on which staircase designs would best suit your home, based on your preferences and budget.

Most remodels and repair jobs do not need an in-person visit. Therefore we offer free online quotations, which most customers receive within three business days. If necessary, we will arrange an in-person visit to your home, and a trip charge will be applied. Within 7 business days, we will send you the final quote.

Once you approve the quote, we will send a contract listing all the details of the project, information about our company, the scheduled date for the project, and other necessary details. After revising and signing the contract, we require half of the project amount as a deposit to secure your spot on our schedule. On the scheduled date, our team will arrive to perform the job safely and efficiently.

After the job is concluded, we value your feedback about your experience and the final results. We remain 100% available for posterior repairs or touch-ups to guarantee your satisfaction.
