I provide coaching for individuals aged 35 and above, helping them overcome their fear of strength training and improving their posture within 90 days. As the creator of the Body for Life Program, I understand the struggle with consistency and mobility that many of my clients face. That's why I have devised a program to build your body for life!

Working together, we will create sustainable habits and a workout schedule that will enable you to achieve your best self. We will also retrain your body to move and enable you to resume doing the things you love. Additionally, we will work on improving your quality of sleep and brain function.

I understand the overwhelming nature of embarking on a new program. As such, we will maintain open communication and collaborate to ensure your journey is not overworked or daunting. I specialize in working with individuals in physical therapy, post-rehab, or those who have encountered difficulties with previous exercise programs.

For four years I have trained with Cory, an exceptional trainer. Initially, I sought a trainer who was knowledgeable about kettlebells and with Cory, I found more than that. Though my body was aging and prone to injuries, Cory guided me from being hesitant to perform a variety of exercises to progressing to kettlebell snatches, deadlifts, dead bugs, and pullups. Whenever I was injured, he modified his workout plan to allow me gentle movements and work on other muscles, resulting in a quicker recovery. Apart from monitoring my technique and gradually increasing the complexity of exercises, Cory possesses an extensive knowledge of physiology and is a practitioner of the Postural Restoration Institute. He used PRI techniques to develop my resilience and lessen my chances of sustaining injuries. During one instance, when I was recovering from whiplash after a car accident, he demonstrated a PRI technique that eradicated my dizziness. It was his unwavering reliability that made me trust him to continue the workouts even after a significant injury. Cory's work ethic is admirable, and his constant pursuit of learning new techniques is impressive. He evolved from being a competent trainer to overseeing a team of trainers and organizing workshops for fellow trainers. In my time with him, he never canceled a workout or failed to inform me in advance of vacations or time off. Hence, I wholeheartedly recommend Cory as a trainer.
