I have over 20 years of experience consulting as a Career Coach and an operations HR Consultant. ATS technology allows recruiters to quickly and efficiently sort through a large number of resumes, making it critical for clients to have keywords in their resumes that match the job ad to stand out to recruiters. I collaborate with clients to ensure their resume is optimized for ATS and reflects modern resume and cover letter trends.
My approach is yielding successful results, with reviews on sites such as CrackerJack and LinkedIn, showing that people from all areas of the workforce and age groups are getting hired into new and better jobs. I also offer career coaching for clients who need assistance with interviews or deciding their career paths, and HR consulting for small and medium-sized businesses that cannot afford full-time HR support or recruiting fees.
