My life was transformed by Amanda! Despite attempting numerous strategies, I was lacking a change in my outlook. Amanda provided me with the necessary resources to alter my relationship with nutrition, perception of exercise and body image, in addition to offering guidance on diet (while still permitting daily chocolate consumption!) and workouts. To start, Amanda designs her programs based on each individual client. I was hesitant to choose an online coach due to the numerous stories of others receiving generic programs or falling victim to fraud. However, Amanda disproves these concerns entirely. She invests a great deal of time and energy into her clients and always responds to my inquiries promptly. On one occasion, I was dining out and required recommendations for what to order. With Amanda's assistance, I made an informed decision in time for dinner. Her teaching approach is particularly beneficial, as I have gained significant knowledge regarding nutrition. Moreover, her workout plans are updated every few weeks to add excitement, and her nutrition plan is accommodating in that I can choose what to eat. In contrast to other registered dietitians, who provide specific instructions that lead to my boredom and ultimate failure, Amanda's strategy grants me the most freedom I've ever experienced with a diet, resulting in the greatest progress and happiness.
