Greetings! My name is Stephanie and I usually train my clients at a private gym located in Millcreek, Utah. However, I am also available to provide training sessions at your home, apartment gym, or outdoor location at a reduced rate.
My training focuses on improving function and strength for individuals of all levels, with a particular emphasis on pre- and postnatal coaching. As a certified yoga instructor and pre- and postnatal yoga teacher, I am equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to help clients with deep core work and improve alignment and strength, which can alleviate pain and discomfort during everyday activities.
My training program is tailored to your specific goals and fitness level, and it will evolve with you as you progress. I always have a modification or progression in mind to help clients build their strength.
I am dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest scientific principles on fitness and continue to educate myself in this field, so I can offer the best training experience.
I am passionate about exercise and movement, and hope to share the positive benefits of both with as many people as possible. For those in need, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+ folks, single parents, and teen parents, I may offer discounted services.
