To begin with, I have 22 years of professional experience. Secondly, I recently turned 50 in March - although I must say, I feel better than ever. The way we age is largely within our control; we should live life on our own terms, rather than adhering to societal norms. Thirdly, each individual is unique and complex, particularly when it comes to health, fitness, and nutrition. What works for one person may not work for another, which is why I tailor my programs to each client's needs and walk them through the process. Building a relationship with clients is the most fulfilling aspect of my job, as it requires trust and plays a significant role in transforming their lives and the lives of those around them. It's a powerful and humbling experience that I feel privileged to be a part of.

If possible, I would rate Lisa 10 stars! My husband gifted me with her services for Christmas and was apprehensive about it. I was struggling with weight issues, fatigue, poor eating habits, insomnia, and found my workouts to be tiring instead of energizing. Initially, I was unsure about committing to any lifestyle changes and made it known to Lisa. However, we discussed my desire to lose 40lbs and become a healthy eater instead of just eating healthy. Although I exercised consistently, my efforts were futile. Upon tracking my diet for two weeks and analyzing it with Lisa, it was established that my diet was the root of my problem. Lisa helped me establish lifestyle goals, and together we worked on reforms that allowed me to gradually alter my eating habits without feeling deprived. Initially, I met with Lisa weekly, then later bi-weekly, to discuss progress and any challenges encountered. I continued to track my diet, enabling me to trace my progress from the beginning. As I had a workout routine that Lisa approved of, we never worked out together, but she would offer recommendations such as increasing resistance to maximize my workout. Starting in late January at 219lbs, I surpassed my weight loss goal, reaching 171lbs in June. I also lost eight inches around my waist, hips, and five inches around my thighs. Despite being 50 years old and standing at 5' 11", I never thought I would attain this weight again. My two slender sisters had attempted to assist me in the past with little success, but Lisa's expertise made it possible for me to transform my life. I feel happier, healthier, and more energetic, with my workouts becoming the best part of my day again! Even my husband now calls me tiny, which always brings a smile to my face. He even saved Lisa's number in his phone as Lisa Awesome Trainer. I would recommend Lisa to anyone who has struggled and thought it wasn't possible to achieve their desired lifestyle changes. She has truly changed my life!
