Basement Systems USA did an excellent job of waterproofing my basement, and I am completely satisfied with their work. The Production Manager, Tina, keeps me informed of the progress proactively, and the crew members also communicate well about their arrival time. Although I prefer to be present during the work process, I couldn't this time, but I was pleased to see the progress and the quality every time I went to check on it. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs this service.
