Greetings! I am Sania, a yoga instructor, embodiment expert, and holistic wellness mentor.
My goal is to assist individuals in attaining a deeper understanding of their body, allowing them to control their nervous system, make space in their body and mind, and effortlessly process their emotions.

By monitoring and recognizing how sensations move or persevere in the body, we gain important information about how the thoughts and stories of the brain affect one's energy and mood.
