As an ERYT200 + RYT500 with over 1500 hours of teaching experience, I'll help you understand your body's sensations, signals, and cues. I'll use props to meet your body where it is now, and incorporate therapeutics into yoga asanas for a personalized, healing movement practice. With my guidance, you'll uncover and enhance your unique movement patterns, for long-term comfort and healing.
