Equinox Midtown was the place where I began my professional training career. It took me a few years of hard work to achieve the status of a high-end tier trainer. During my tenure at Equinox, I trained clients with varying degrees of fitness levels. However, I decided to transition entirely to private training to forge more profound connections with my clients.
My preferred clients are those who are goal-driven, have a positive attitude, and are willing to work hard. My approach to training recognizes that everyone and every body is unique; therefore, training programs are tailored to meet individual needs. Nonetheless, there are six essential principles that I hold in high regard, and these are:
- A well-structured training plan
- Safe and enjoyable training sessions
- Consistency and adherence to goals
- Foundational exercises lead to actual progress
- Diligent effort in every session
- Clear communication and connection during training sessions
