Equinox Midtown was the place where I began my professional training career. It took me a few years of hard work to achieve the status of a high-end tier trainer. During my tenure at Equinox, I trained clients with varying degrees of fitness levels. However, I decided to transition entirely to private training to forge more profound connections with my clients.

My preferred clients are those who are goal-driven, have a positive attitude, and are willing to work hard. My approach to training recognizes that everyone and every body is unique; therefore, training programs are tailored to meet individual needs. Nonetheless, there are six essential principles that I hold in high regard, and these are:

- A well-structured training plan
- Safe and enjoyable training sessions
- Consistency and adherence to goals
- Foundational exercises lead to actual progress
- Diligent effort in every session
- Clear communication and connection during training sessions

Zhi gave extensive advice on training and diet. As my goal was to increase my muscle mass, I achieved remarkable results in a short time with his guidance. He instructed me on the suitable exercises, including frequency and intensity, checked my posture, and suggested alternative approaches based on the equipment available at my disposal. Moreover, we had in-depth conversations on nutrition, and Zhi provided useful techniques to gradually modify my food choices and boost my protein consumption. It was a fantastic experience overall!

For slightly over three months, I have been exercising with Zhi and I must confess that I adore it! Previously, I mostly did cardio and felt quite apprehensive about visiting the gym. However, all that has changed since I started training with Zhi, as my gym-related anxiety has virtually vanished. As a beginner, I strongly suggest exercising with Zhi since he is adept at collaborating with you to foster discipline and continuity.

Zhi is an exceptional trainer! I have been training with him twice a week for about four months now, and each session is the highlight of my week. Thanks to his expertise, I have been able to build lean muscle quickly, and I feel fantastic. My strength, posture, mobility and stamina have all improved significantly.
