Looking to tighten your abs, lift your rear, define your legs, build lean muscles, or lose weight through cardio? Look no further! As a certified barre and pilates instructor, as well as a graduate of the Hungarian Dance Academy, I am here to help.
I've worked with top dance companies such as the American Contemporary Ballet, LA Opera, and the Los Angeles Contemporary Dance Company. My talents were even featured on the Hungarian broadcast of the Emmy-winning TV show "So You Think You Can Dance." For the past 7 years, I've been teaching in various studios throughout Orange County and Los Angeles.
My program, ZBarre, is an exclusive vertical barre routine that combines my experience in fitness, pilates, and ballet. Through careful instruction on technique, breathing, and movement control, you'll find that ZBarre is as fun as it is effective.
As a Pilates instructor, I'm also eager to help individuals returning from injuries to regain their strength through our exercises that engage the use of their body weight, light weights, and low-impact movements.

Z's class is unmatched and nothing like any barre class I have attended before. With its lively and engaging atmosphere, the 45-minute session quickly whizzes by. Z's routines are also effective! Attending his class has helped me lose 1-2 inches off my waist and become more toned.
