I received the most favorable rate for my sewer line and the work was completed efficiently. Additionally, the team was extremely pleasant.

The Zoom Drain crew exhibited exceptional qualities, including promptness, adaptability, professionalism, and expertise in unclogging drains. During their visit, Owen provided me with two separate estimates, both of which were reasonably priced. He even advised me on where to purchase a toilet auger, which was greatly appreciated. I'd also like to recognize Paul, who kindly kept me informed of Owen's scheduling and approximate arrival time. Overall, the entire team was outstanding, and I would not hesitate to rely on their services in the future. I strongly endorse their services to anyone in need and express my heartfelt gratitude to the Zoom Drain team.

I scheduled an appointment but no one called or showed up for the job. It's not worth your time.

The Zoom Drain service was clearer and more succinct. I had previously hired drain guys who seemed hurried. Unfortunately, their camera system had no memory, so they couldn't demonstrate the issue to us. In contrast, with Zoom Drain, we were provided a recording of the camera's findings.
