Be cautious as a buyer. In response to my request to clear a bathtub drain blockage, Zoom Drain assisted me. The plumbing was outdated, with a drum trap that hadn't been used in over 50 years, as per the technician. To clear the drain, I was quoted $360 but warned that any damage to the drum trap wouldn't be their responsibility. My handyman couldn't do the job due to a lack of proper equipment, so reluctantly, I accepted Zoom Drain's services. It took 30 minutes in all and cost me a total of $366, which was overly expensive. Despite that, the technician was cordial, professional, and effective, completing his job commendably.
