Initially, we believed we had a stubborn clog in our basement toilet or sewer, despite attempts to fix it ourselves. We decided to seek professional help from CrackerJack, but it wasn't an emergency. Anna from Zoom Drain quickly responded with a comprehensive process for repair, including a free estimate and same-day service. Christian and Antonio came to assess the issue and conducted a thorough investigation, discovering multiple problems causing the issue. Rather than upselling us a replacement, Christian genuinely believed they could fix it for cheaper and thoroughly explained all our options. Unfortunately, the toilet proved too difficult to repair and needed replacement.
Promptly the next morning, the team returned with the new toilet we selected, and they creatively solved another unexpected issue with a leaky t-valve for our bidet. They installed the new toilet quickly, but even returned to make additional adjustments due to our uneven basement floor. Through every issue, Christian and Antonio remained professional, persistent, and cheerful.
We cannot express enough gratitude to the entire Zoom Drain team for their excellent service. Although we hope not to experience drain or toilet issues again, if we do, we know exactly who to call.
